Section 19B
A passport or travel document may be withheld

(1) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, the investigating officer may not issue a passport or traveler document in the name of a person who is being investigated for money laundering and financial investment in terrorist activities, or if it has been issued, send a written notice to the relevant agency to suspend it. (2) Subsection (1) ) in writing, the concerned body shall not issue a passport or traveler document in the name of such person if it has not been issued, and if it has been issued, the passport or traveler document of such person shall be withheld.
